Throughout my educational career, I have facilitated 20+ in person, online, and hybrid professional development workshops in six countries-America, Thailand, Vietnam, Karakalpakstan, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan-training more than 1,500+ teachers, administrators, educational support staff, and students. My workshops have focused on academic writing, research, and publishing strategies, organizational leadership principles, grading and assessment practices, TESOL methodology, Socratic Seminars, and the integration of AI in the classroom. I also specialize in student-centered teaching frameworks, including Bloom's Revised Taxonomy, Webb's Depth of Knowledge, and Costa's Levels of Questioning, as well as Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles, Differentiated Instruction strategies, and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) for diverse learners.

Topic: International Conference on English Language Education and Artificial Intelligence

Location: Tashkent, Uzbekistan

Summary: Lead Conference Organizer and Strategic Coordinator in partnership with U.S. Embassy Tashkent (English Language Program) and Uzbekistan State University of World Languages. Led end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of a large-scale international academic conference attended by 250+ professors, university administrators, and government stakeholders from across Uzbekistan.

Oversaw conference governance and logistics, including program design, scheduling, materials development, catering coordination, and on-site operations. Coordinated and supported 18 English Language Fellows from Central Asia in delivering professional development workshops and academic sessions.

Managed an organizing committee and supervised a 50-member volunteer corps composed of student and faculty volunteers during live conference operations. Ensured full compliance with U.S. Embassy protocols and national institutional guidelines.

Integrated culturally responsive elements, including music and dance, to promote intercultural engagement and academic diplomacy. Served as the primary liaison among diplomatic partners, host-institution leadership, Fellows, volunteers, and service providers.

Topic: English Communication for IT and STEM Environments

Location: American Corner | Qarshi, Uzbekistan

Summary: Designed and delivered a 50-minute interactive workshop for Central Asian educators, students, and business professionals at the American Corner in Qarshi, strengthening English communication skills for IT and STEM environments through task-based activities, real-world scenarios, and goal-oriented leadership practices.

Topic: Podcast Creation Workshop

Location: American Corner | Qarshi, Uzbekistan

Summary: Designed and facilitated a 60 minute workshop on podcast creation at the American Corner in Qarshi for high school and college students and administrators, covering podcast formats and genres, branding, intro/outro scriptwriting, audio vs. video production, and distribution via Podbean to major streaming platforms. Included an interactive design activity where participants developed their own podcast concepts.

Topic: Your Guide to Studying in America: Admissions, Culture & Success

Location: Education USA - American Corner Tashkent | Uzbekistan

Summary: Developed and facilitated an interactive training for EducationUSA at the American Corner in Tashkent designed to help students navigate U.S. university applications and campus life. Approximately 35 senior high school students participated, engaging in practical activities on admissions strategies, cultural adjustment, and academic success skills.

Location: Silk Road Research Academy (Zoom-Online) | Uzbekistan

Summary: This online Zoom workshop was delivered to an audience of 48 professors, administrators, and university students as part of a collaboration with Jizzakh State Pedagogical University and the Silk Road Research Academy. The training supported educators from around Uzbekistan in navigating emerging AI technologies with confidence and ethical awareness, emphasizing practical classroom strategies, responsible AI integration, and empowering both teachers and students to succeed in rapidly evolving academic environments.

Topic: Beyond Management: The Human Side of Organizational Leadership

Location: Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan | Tashkent, Uzbekistan

Topic: Student-Centered Teaching Practices (that work!)

Location: National Pedagogical University of Uzbekistan named after Nizami | Tashkent, Uzbekistan

Summary: I designed and facilitated a professional development training for over 50+ university professors, administrators, and pre-service teachers focused on implementing student-centered instructional practices. The training emphasized practical, research-based strategies grounded in Bloom's Revised Taxonomy and Webb's Depth of Knowledge (DOK), empowering participants to create more engaging, cognitively rigorous, and inclusive learning environments.

Summary: Every third week of the month during the 2025-2026 school year, I conduct a 5-hour intensive training for cohorts comprised of university professors from across Uzbekistan, focusing on inclusive, student-centered teaching strategies designed for practical, real-world classroom application.
