Keynote Speaker: Real Strategies for Real Classrooms

Summary: This keynote address was delivered to 28 Fulbright English Teaching Assistants and Embassy staff at a two-day seminar sponsored by Webster University in Tashkent and the U.S. State Department. This presentation introduced practical, student-centered strategies grounded in the methods of educational pioneers like Vygotsky, Piaget, Bandura, and Dewey that the Fulbright ETA's can use to boost engagement, build self-efficacy, and enhance confidence and meaningful communication in Central Asian classrooms through fun and interactive learning.
